A New Name, Not a New Business

Glenbrook has grown into two distinct businesses: development, focused on large-scale residential schemes, and investment, focused on smaller lot sizes and shorter-term value-add.

To keep that distinction clear, Pennine Investment Management now takes the investment business forward under its own name, same directors, same team led by Scott Griffiths, in the same Manchester office.

Pennine isn’t a new business, it’s a new name. We’ve been trading since September 2015, completed over 75 transactions, and typically have close to £100m invested at any one time.
